Refund policy

Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of our products, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. SUGAR COSMETICS LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

International Customers (anyone outside of the US): Please be aware when choosing USPS First Class International packages that it is not unusual for them to be extremely delayed. Transit time can be upwards of 1-3 months. Customs, taxes, and other fees are collected by postal service at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
